CHIRAL Bangladesh is a multidisciplinary research centre working across computational biology, artificial intelligence, public health informatics and geospatial epidemiology — and training undergraduate researchers to do that work themselves, from first hypothesis to peer review.
Our groups are not separate departments. They are four positions on a single continuum — the same disease read as a molecule, as a patient record, as a prediction, and as a place.

How to apply →CHIRAL is volunteer-run and charges nothing. What we offer instead is supervision, method, and the expectation that a first-year student can produce work that survives peer review.
Undergraduates take first authorship and run their own analyses under one-to-one supervision.
Entirely voluntary in both directions. We measure ourselves in publications and careers, not revenue.
Computer scientists, molecular biologists, clinicians, statisticians and geographers on the same projects.
Pipelines, teaching material and code are published openly so the capacity stays in the region.
